Portraits
Interiority and presence
Through portraiture, I focus on what lies behind the features. Beyond mere resemblance, I seek a presence,
an inner life, a silent vibration.
The gaze, the posture, and the light become points of reference that reveal a perceptible depth.
Each portrait is an encounter, a space for dialogue between the subject and the act of painting.
I paint faces that seem alive, imbued with a subtle, sometimes indefinable emotion. Human presences
that reveal themselves without fully baring their souls, leaving the viewer free to feel, interpret, and draw closer.
